Our listed rates do not include gratuity. A cash gratuity of 15-20% of each service price is appropriate and appreciated. Gratuity is not accepted on credit cards.


We are pleased to offer our clients the ability to book appointments online.  We know that life is hectic, and we are happy to make it a bit easier by allowing you the ability to book your appointments 24/7 through our online booking system. As always, our Day Spa Staff is available, during business hours, to assist you with online booking questions. A valid credit card is required to reserve all appointments, but charges will not apply until appointment day. Luxury services and spa parties require a non-refundable 50% deposit

Please arrive  15 minutes prior to your service so that you may relax, have a complimentary beverage, change, and fill out any forms that may be necessary.

We require 24 hour advance notice in order to cancel or reschedule any service with no charge.  Any changes or cancellations made after the 24 hour window are subject to a charge for each service. No-show appointments will be charged a $25 fee for each service, and will be charged to the credit card provided at the time of booking. This policy also applies to gift card and certificate holders. We do not provide refunds for cancelled/no show appointments that have been prepaid. We value your business and appreciate your cooperation with our cancellation policy.  Scheduled treatments are reserved especially for you.

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time with clients on our waiting list. We ask that all new and current guests supply a credit card to have on our files. All cards on file are added to the system via a secure electronic process that ensures the information is encrypted and remains secure. In the event that we do not receive the required notice for adjustments and cancellations the appropriate fees will be applied to your card or alternatively billed out to you.


We are committed to offering our guests a reliable timetable so that your service will end at the scheduled time. If you arrive late for your appointment, we may have to reschedule your appointment, or shorten the appointment as a courtesy to our next guest.  Treatments will be rendered only for the remainder of the scheduled appointment and you will be responsible for payment for the full service.


As a courtesy, we call and send out an email to confirm your service appointments two business day prior to your appointment date. We do understand how easy it may be to forget an appointment therefore all our appointments are confirmed 48 hours prior via email and/or phone call for your convenience. Please ensure that we have your current email address and phone number  on file in order to be able to do so in a way that may be beneficial to you in order to avoid missed appointment fees.


Dermalogica products in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days for a full refund.  Nutrition supplements, Spa services, memberships, and fitness classes are non-refundable.


Gift certificates are available in any dollar increments and may be purchased online. They may be redeemed for services or product. They are transferable. No refunds can be given. Gift certificates expire 1 year from date of purchase. To have a gift certificate mailed to you or to the recipient, please call us at 401-233-2639.

Total Body Affinity is not responsible for lost gift certificates. Gift certificates must be present at the time of service.


We are constantly expanding our services to bring you the latest and greatest. Although we make every effort to keep our website and spa menu updated, please note that prices and services are subject to change at any time.


For your comfort, robes and/or slippers, can be provided during your visit. Special attention to your privacy, comfort, and relaxation are observed with professional draping procedures during all body treatments and massage.

  • Please refrain from wearing perfumes or colognes, as they may interfere with the organic essential oils we customize for your spa services.
  • It is best to refrain from shaving legs twenty-four hours prior to most body services and pedicures.
  • Please leave jewelry and valuables at home. Total Body Affinity cannot be responsible for left items.
  • We offer our guests a chance to relax and escape for a while in a quiet atmosphere.

For the safety and consideration of our guests and employees, only those receiving services will be permitted in the service area. For the safety of children under 12 years of age who are not receiving  services, adult supervision is required in the main reception area


We are pleased to offer a variety of hours and talent. If your technician is unavailable or you would enjoy a fresh point of view, feel free to schedule with any team member for your services.
